Summary:
XKFD-330 roll feeding square bottom paper bag machine, which has the advantages of speed, high production efficiency and large adjustment range. This equipment is forming the paper bag in one process from roll feeding , side gluing, tube forming, paper cutting, bottom folding, bottom gluing, bottom forming, bag formation at a stroke. The whole machine is controlled by the computer central control system. The touch screen displays that the servo motor controls the length of the paper bag and can produce a variety of paper bags.
Characteristic:
1. The material loading and unloading adopts hydraulic lifting structure, and the unwinding adopts full-automatic constant tension control.
2. Correction adopts Italy SELECTRA to reduce the adjustment time of paper roll alignment.
3. The paper tube former contains the thumb cutting function (below the forming template)
4. No material detection automatically stops
5. Adopt French SCHNEIDER servo with German SICK photoelectric to accurately track printed materials.
6. Equipped with automatic lubrication supply system to block the alarm system.
