This series of granulator is a new patented product developed by our company and the Research and Development Institute of Agricultural Machinery. It is designed and manufactured by the new technology of wet continuous push rod granulation. This machine not only granulates a variety of organic matter, especially coarse fiber materials which are difficult to granulate in the use of venues and equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, bacterial residue, drug residue, animal manure, etc., but also can granulate raw materials such as humic acid machine city sludge after fermentation.

Our Semi-wet material grinder is a new designed crusher. It has a strong adaptability to the moisture content of the materials ,especially the matured waste after fermentation and other materials with the moisture content less than or equal to 30%. The granulation success rate of the machine reaches 20% to 30% which can meet the requirement of the common fertilizer production. The crushing size can be adjusted according to customer's demand.
