Function and features of the gear hobbing machine:
1. YG3612 high precision horizontal gear hobbing machine mainly used for processing high-precision small module spur gears, helical gears and worm wheel.
2. Using high-precision hob can processing spur gear with five level precision (GB2362-90 modulus less than 1mm or GB10095-88 modulus greater than or equal to 1) when using reasonable cutting specifications
3. Using high-precision hob can processing helical gear with six level precision (GB2362-90 modulus less than 1mm or GB10095-88 modulus greater than or equal to 1) when using reasonable cutting specifications
4. Radial worm processing method, using high-precision hob when using reasonable cutting specifications can be achieved with the spur gear considerable accuracy.
5. Adopting bevel gear attachment can do cutting of zero depthwise taper bevel gear wheel.
6. Adopting tangential worm attachment can be tangential feed processing worm gear, precision up to seven level(GB10227-88 modulus less than 1 or GB10089-88 modulus greater than or equal to 1).
7. Machine through a variety of combinations of exchange change gear, can processing range of gear number from 6 to 400 teeth, hob head rotational angle is ± 90°. Simple machine operation, easy adjustment, by quick clamping mechanism, enabling fast assembly and disassembly of parts.
8. The machine can be widely used in motorcycles, instruments, meters, toys, electric fishing gear and other industries a variety of precision small modulus gear.
