Briquetting technology:
Briquetting is the transformation of powdery or granular raw materials into a larger more convenient size with different shapes. This is accomplished by compacting the raw materials with the rollers pressing. During briquetting, the raw materials such as coal/coke fines, mineral ore fines, iron ore fines, mill scale etc. Should be added the binder for good forming effect. The briquettes can be produced with high or low pressure and can undergo mechanical or thermal treatment according to the characteristics of the processed material, the binder used and the desired end product.
