Working Principle
The important part of the briquette machine is the roller. When this machine pass the power, the rollers will rotate with each other. Then put the material into the junctions of the two rollers. Under the pressure of the two rollers the materials are pressed into briquettes. Then the briquettes can be send out. These briquettes can be made into round ball shape, oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape, oblate shape, elongated shape, square shape etc. The rollers determine the shape of the finished products, you can choose whatever roller you want. Of course you can customize the roller according to your expectation.

Requirement of the raw materials:
1.Material's size: mostly less than 5mm
2.During pressing, the moisture should be controlled 5-12%(The moisture has big impact on the briquetting.)
3. Binder and other additives:The users should be well-prepared according to the characteristics of the materials and the environment for use.The flow chart serve as a guide line onle, and we can adjust based on your raw materials.
Packing
The equipment is packaged in plastic film and fixed in a container with wire, and the parts are packed in plywood boxes.
