Sand rotary dryer machine mainly consists of drum barrel, roll ring, wheel gear, lifting board, chain, reduction gears, and motor etc parts. It is matched with conveyor, dust remover and draught fan etc equipment. It has features of reasonable structure, excellent fabrication, high production, low consumption, economical & environmental etc.

Internal structure 
Working Principle
The Wet materials be conveyed to the feed part by the conveyor, and the angle of the drum barrel is inclined by 3-5degrees, the raw materials be conveyed to end of the barrel. The lifting board lift the raw materials to contact the hot air, then the hot gas will be exhausted by the dust remover. Then the dried materials be put out.

Because our machine is large equipment, so choose the good packing method is very important for customers, if the size of rotary dryer be limited in the containers, we choose the container, 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, according to the size to choose the fit container. In order to protect the machine, we generally use the plastic film to avoid the wear and then put it to containers or truck.
