High pressure hydraulic briquetting press are mainly used to extrude raw materials into high density columnar briquettes or blocks (weight: 2-8kg) without any adhesives added, the raw materials include metal filings (as iron, copper and aluminum etc), metal powders (as iron, aluminum, copper and lead etc), smelting additives and sponge iron. The density of the briquettes shall be 5T/m3 or more (the density and weight of briquettes vary with raw materials), the briquettes can be directly placed into furnaces.
This metal scrap briquetting press adopt advanced hydraulic driving technology and high abrasion-resistant oil seals, the oil cylinders are processed and assembled through the newest technologies so as to prevent the pressure in the oil cylinders from being reduced in the continuous operation. It is featured of durability, stable running, computer control, high automation, low fault rate and easy maintenance.
