Pure calcium aluminate cement CA80 is high purity products, whose alumina content is more than 78% , whose strength is good, and high temperature residual strength. It is suitable for making various traditional and low cement castables. The softening temperature of the castable is high, the slag resistance and the anti-mechanical performance are excellent, and the working temperature is up to 1800 ℃. The content of iron, silicon and other impurities are very low, anti-CO, H2, CH4 and other reducing medium erosion ability is better.
Pure calcium aluminate cement CA80S has better fluidity, longer construction time and less water demand. Users do not need to add any coagulant, which can make the castables have ideal construction performance and excellent mechanical strength properties, especially for high temperature environmental conditions in summer, as well as other occasion when it has requirements of the castables' work temperature.
