How to make Fried Peanut?
Hoister
The peanuts already shelled are transported by the hoister, save labor power and with high capacity, the size and height is customized by the clients’ requirement.
Blanching Machine
1.Pour the water into the blanching machine.
2.After the water is heated to 80-90 degree, put the peanuts into the blanching machine. 10 minutes later, take out the peanuts.
Peanut Peeler
1.Put soaked peanut into feeding funnel of this machine.
2.The rubber will ring rub to peel peanuts easily and gently like human hands.
Frying Machine
1.Pour the peanuts already peeled into the continuous deep fried machine.The mesh belt will push the peanuts move forward.Characteristics of Continuous Frying Machine
1.Mesh belt part: upper and lower double mesh belts, using plate type PTFE non-stick mesh belt, 304L stainless steel material.
2.Pot body part: made of 5mm stainless steel plate, the thickness of the bottom plate is 5mm, 304 material, and the 50mm thick aluminum silicate plate is insulated between the pot body and the shell.
3.Heating part: stainless steel heating tube is used. They are installed in the middle of the lower mesh belt to reduce the occupied space. Each group of heating tubes is installed with an independent circuit breaker control.
4.Exhaust fume part: The exhaust fume hood is spliced with 2mm stainless steel plates. It is equipped with a condensate drain structure.
5.Bottom scraping slag part: Clean the bottom residue in time. Slag scraper is "L" type, material 304.
Deoiling Machine
The deoiling machine uses the centrifugal motion as its working principle that the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed.
Seasoning Machine
1.After the machine has been running safely for one minute, stop and put peanuts and seasoning materials into the machine.
2.After evenly mixed, push the control lever at the back of the machine to pull the material forward and pull the material out.
Vacuum Packing Machine
1.Plug in the power, turn on the power button.
2.Adjust the pumping time, sealing time, cooling time.
3.Pack the items and place at the seal.
4.Press the top cover to operate, the zero return of the vacuum gauge represents the completion of the work.
