1. When the equipment is running, no rigid foreign bodies greater than 5mm shall be allowed to enter the machine; otherwise, the machine should be shut down and excluded.In the operation if there is metal bashing, friction and other abnormal sound, should be promptly shut down for inspection and elimination.
2. When mixing solid and liquid, the machine should run first and then spray liquid. After the spray is finished, continue to run and mix for 3-5 minutes.

4. The particle size of the mixed material is 20-1400 mesh, and the amount of spray can be determined according to the adsorption performance of the material and the production process requirements of the user.
5. Change lubricating oil for reducer and shaft regularly with medium hard.Complex lithium base grease for spindle bearings.
6. Shaft end seal adopts packing seal.The sealing material is usually oil-impregnated asbestos. If there is a small amount of leakage found in the use of asbestos, the sealing bolts should be tightened to cover the solid box.
