PSA is a new air separation oxygen to the zeolite adsorbent, the preparation of oxygen from the air technology. Pressure swing adsorption (PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION, referred PSA), is an approximation of the changes in temperature and other physical processes, it is the use of different gaseous medium of the different components on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, the adsorbent selective at the time of pressure rise adsorption, desorption regeneration obtained when the pressure is reduced. PSA air separation oxygen generally use two absorption tower, the tower filled zeolite adsorbent during adsorption tower when a nitrogen absorption capacity of oxygen, nitrogen and other adsorption tower in regeneration, so alternating cycle continuously estate oxygen.
Principle process of electric oxygen generator:
PSA oxygen technology utilizes two towers which are filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Compressed air enters the bottom of one tower. While the smaller oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the CMS, the larger nitrogen molecules pass through the sieve and are stored. once the CMS of the working tower is saturated with oxygen, the regeneration of the CMS in the tower starts to work by depressurizing, and while another tower is switched to start the process over again.Customized capacity, and delivery pressure are also available.

As described above, when the air pressure increases, a large amount of zeolite molecular sieve adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water. When the pressure falls to zero pressure, the absorption of zeolite for nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water is very small. The basic principle of pressure swing adsorption oxygen is using of nitrogen and oxygen of the air in the zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) due to the pressure difference in the adsorption property of separation for oxygen and nitrogen. According to different adsorption separation desorption pressure, usually we divide PSA oxygen into two different process, the user can according to different working conditions, and select the appropriate process to achieve the lowest energy consumption purposes.
