CRXJD450/15D Adhesive Binding Line is self -developed andself-designed based on the requirements from domestic customersby introducing entirely new ideas and learning from foreign advancedtechnologies. It is composed of roller sheet collator, automaticwaste-discharge mec hanism, T BT50-15D Adhesiv e Binding &Covering Machine and book-outgoing mechanism, integrating theadvantages of both ad hesive binding line and traditional adhesivebinding machine. It can complete sheet collating, book covering andglue binding in one lump, and is ideal automatic binding equipmentfor medium-sized printing and binding enterprises.
Digital display is used for the adjustment of side gluing wheel, milling and covering of this bindingline, making the adjust ment convenient and accurat e; its covering adopts vertical struct ure, theindentation wheel has the function of fine tuning without stopping, and the horizontal book-collecting mechanism better protects book back shaping. This line has functions of detecting thickness,missing sheets and excessive sheets as well as automatic waste discharge & eliminating, with reliableand stable performance and maximum speed up to 4500 copies/hour. The whole driving systemadopts totally enclosed gear drive, ensuring high precision and stable driving. Additionally, thisbinding line is designed according to international safety standards and employs advanced tech-nologies including frequency conversion motor, PLC programmable controller, photoelectric controller,touch screen operation and so on.
