SZHINO series medical isolating transformers, which have good output features and interference resistance capability, are made of high quality cold rolling silicon steel sheets in a seamless rolling way; comparing with the lamination type, the excitation energy and iron core loss will be decreased by 25%. The iron core doesn’t have air gap, so the noise due to iron core induction vibration; due to little iron loss and good the heat radiation of winding on the lower temperature iron core, the transformer temperature rise is low. The transformer iron core doesn’t have air gap, so the winding is even, the magnetic interference is low, and this kind of structure makes the magnetic-flux leakage and the electromagnetic radiation low, and can be used to electronic equipment with high sensitivity without adding shielding additionally, for example, it can be applied to medical equipment. The overall size is small; comparing with that of the traditional transformer, the weight is decreased by a half; the overall size if flexible.
