Usage:
Disinfect the container with boiling water
Boiling the water and adjust the water temperature to 38℃- 45℃(not higher than 45 ℃)
Putting the fermented yogurt powder into the container and mixing it with the temperature-adjusted water. Stirring them well until the no visible granule.
Fermentation at about 42℃for 6-10 hours until solidification.Refrigerated for more than 3 hours, the taste is better.
Attention:
Choose a yogurt machine made by a regular manufacturer (constant temperature is 42℃±1℃ )
containers are prohibited from cleaning with chemicals such as detergent etc.
Do not shake or stir during the fermentation to avoid destroying the solidified state.
Fermentation time is 6-10 hours. If the time is too short, the fermentation is not complete. If it is too long, a large amount of whey may be precipitated, and the acidity is too heavy and the taste is not good.
