Animal can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.The starting materials for the production of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a hightemperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As aresult of pressure and temperature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. Theoutput pellets will have very highstrength after cooling.According to different animals, as well as different stages of growth, you can choose different sizes, different types of particles.The spare parts including screw,sleeve,heating plate,cutter.We will supply 3 sets moulds and one whole set wear parts ( 1 screw, 2 sleeve, 1 cutter, 1 heating plate) freely for you.
