This project is fully automated production of N95 mask machine, including automatic raw material delivery, automatic
transportation, automatic installation of nose bridge strips (with nose bridge strips built in), pressing, edge welding, molding,cutting and blanking.The equipment constructs the basic work table frame with high quality steel profiles, is equipped with steel plate work table,USES high quality aluminum alloy profiles and PC board to construct the safety framework to ensure the work safety of equipment and operators.

The working height of the equipment workbench can be adjusted, and achieve good human engineering.The total height of the equipment is 1800mm adjustable, the height adjustment device selects high-quality products, can bear the weight of the equipment and effectively isolate the ground and other external sources.The equipment is equipped with an electric control cabinet, with all kinds of control electrical components built in. Pneumatic components are installed under the electric control cabinet, and the operation panel is set.In addition to the overall function of the equipment to arrange a reasonable appearance as the dominant.
