* In the beginning of carbonation, we need to use coal or wood to ignite. once the temperature in the furnace reach to 280 degree (after around 2 hours), the combustible gases in the wood begin to be released out. Thus, these gases will replace wood/coal to supply heat for carbonizing until we get final charcoal. If you buy more than 1 carbonization machine, we can connect all these machines together. Then you only need to ignite one of them and the others will be heated by gases from the first machine.
* The inner pot can be taken out after 7-8hours carbonizing. Then we can put another inner pot (full of wood logs) for carbonizing. The wood tar oil in the wood also can be collected by our machine. It is good for selling.
