Product DetailsHotpor is a kind of expandable polystyrene granules of diameter 0.6mm-1.8mm with graphite, flame retardant and foam agent inside. It is produced by mixing graphite, flame retardant, foam agent, through twin screw extruder to disperse them evenly to polystyrene , and then cutting by underwater cutting system.
Feininger has adopted extrusion process to produce graphite expandable polystyrene granules, representing the highest level of process for graphite expandable polystyrene production.

Product IntroductionCharacteristics:
1. Finsihed products' thermal conductive could be improved to 0.032-0.033w/m.k.
2. Finished products' flame retardant level will be B1 grade, Oxygen index will be above 28.
3. Hotpor is manufactured by extrusion, comparing to suspension, the graphite content is much more higher
