GDC Series 400T
Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine
For Auto Parts/motorcycle industry
Technical advantages:
1.High-response adjustable check valve with invention patent.The pressure building time is about 5% -30%, which is short and stable, and the range is larger which depending on the working conditions.
2.Use customized coolers.After use, the oil temperature control effect is remarkable, and the temperature drops by 5%.
3.A special high-pressure resistant and anti-pollution vane pump is used. It can withstand a peak pressure of 27.5MPa. The vane pump adopts double-lip vane structure, which is very resistant to pollution, so the service life is relatively extended by 10% -20%.
4.Adopt the control program specially developed for the characteristics of servo motor and gear pump. The forward and reverse impact of the motor and pump is small, which is helpful to increase the service life of the motor pump by about 50%.
5.Optimized design of hydraulic lines and oil-made plates. After being adopted, it not only makes the hydraulic vibration small and noise low, but also reduces the heat generation and the oil temperature, which is beneficial to increase the service life of the original sealing parts by 20%.
6.The precise coordination of the program and the oil circuit makes it possible to adjust the mold opening position. For thin mold products, it not only shortens the mold-opening stroke and improves production efficiency, but also provides stable mold-opening positioning with a repeatability of up to 1mm.
7.The electric box adopts strong and weak electric separation to achieve zone cooling. It has strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability and small temperature drift, which is conducive to improving the accuracy and stability of the entire system control, and is conducive to improving product quality stability by up to 30%.
8.Use injection system with balanced feedback function.It not only helps to reduce pressure drop and eliminate pressure fluctuations, but also improves the compactness of castings by 5-10%.
