3. Configuration characteristic and principle
1) Configuration characteristic
According to the sketch:
(1) The clean booth is made of shelf, laminar flow, Hepa filter and operation panel. It is controlled by hand.
(2) It adopts entire stainless steel for the basal configure.
(3) It is setted up a control box on outside.
2) Working Principle
1) Connect with power, switched the FFUs, then the clean booth starting running.
2) Air absorbed by FFU motor power, through the Prefilter for the first stage air purification;
3) Then the air through the HEPA filter for 0.3um particles filtration, the clean air into the clean room
4) Some air flow out through air shutter to make sure the clean room under positive pressure
5) UV lamps opened at least 30 minutes for sterilization
