Nickel/aluminium composite wire for bond coats and self-bonding coatings
Molybdenum for bond coats
Molybdenum for hard bearing applications, excellent resistance to adhesive wear, used on piston rings, syncromesh cones and journals.
High Chromium steel for many applications requiring hard and wear resistant coating
Bronzes, babbitt for bearing applications
Stainless steels, nickel and monel for anti-corrosion and wear
Aluminium, nickel/aluminium for heat and oxidation resistance

OPTIonAL ACCESSORIESExtension Nozzles: Where deep bores or recesses are to be sprayed, a range of extension nozzles are available These allow access of the spray at depths up to 1.1 Mtr., whilst straight or deflector air caps can be selected to direct the spray stream to the area required. Typical use include spraying in internal diameter or hard to reach coating surfaces.Air Control Unit: Consists of air filter cum regulator for secondary filtration and regulating air flow to wire flame spray gun. Hose Kit: Consist of Hose to connect oxygen cylinder & fuel gas cylinder with gas flow meter to spray gun.Gas Flow Meter: These precision wall mounting Flowmeters are recommended to use with Flame Spray Equipment. Ease of reading enables economic operation and rapid fault diagnosis. The unit incorporates separate flowmeter for both Oxygen and Fuel Gas supplies.

The supplied system is subjected to warranty against manufacturing defects, faulty material and poor workmanship and which have been reported to metaL COAT, in writing of such defect. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier. The warranty does not include damages caused due to mishandling or improper/incomplete compliance of operating instructions recommended by us. Warranty is applicable to the extent of free of cost repair/replacement as deemed fit by us.
