The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

2KW Height adjustable High Frequency Spindle

The multi-spindle CNC Router machine comes standard with 2.2kw height adjustable high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO tool holders. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Drive Motors

The BETA Series CNC Router utilizes brushless micro-stepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime.

Hiwin Square Rail&High Quality Helical Rack Pinion

Hiwin square rail is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision.

CNC Tool Calibration

Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.

T-slot aluminum and PVC table

The T-slot thick aluminum and PVC table can fix any size of different kinds of materials, and it is hard to become deformation.

Mach 3 Controller

Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC's to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.

Electrical components

The Beta CNC Router
All the electrical components are housed and wired in a doubled-doored Nema 4 electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. All wiring is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet. In addition, the cabinet serves as a work bench for the tools required.

Vectric Aspire Software

Aspire is built on the same platform as Vectric's VCarve Pro software, sharing the intuitive interface and ease of use for production design and routing. In addition to the powerful drawing and production routing tools of VCarve Pro, Aspire also has tools to let you transform 2D sketches, photos, drawing and digital artwork into detailed 3D relief models and then to calculate 3D Roughing and Finishing toolpaths to accurately cut these shapes.
