4-Axis rotary table 

Alpha’s 4-Axis rotary table assembly comes complete with a 3-jaw chuck, tail stock, and linear guide track for easy tail stock movement and center alignment. The addition of Alpha's 4-axis rotary table assembly adds greater functionality to the machine’s capabilities allowing for 4-axis cutting in both 2D and 3D carving and indexing functions.
(Alpha has 0-80mm, 0-100mm, 0-150mm, 0-200mm, 0-250mm, 0-300mm diameter rotary axis for your choice)

High Frequency Powerful spindle 

The High quality ABR series CNC Router machine comes standard with 3.2kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets.  Fully programmable speeds from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Machine base frame 

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Mach 3 controller (Ethernet interface)

DSP or Nc-studio for option

Mach3 is designed to control the CNC machine. The program is installed on a computer connected to the control machine. Mach3 was developed by American programmers, both for professional and amateur use, so it is the most common software for CNC machines in the world. Using Mach3, it is possible to control the following types of machines: turning, milling, routers, laser and plasma plotter, engraving.

We use Ethernet interface controller card, high reliability, anti-interference.

Drive Motors

The ABR series CNC Router utilizes brushless micro-stepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime..

XY Z Axis Hiwin Square Rail

The Hiwin square rail is with higher stability and rigidity, which makes the gantry moving and spindle moving at high speed with high precision.

And Hiwin square rail is more durable.

CNC Tool Calibration

Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate “Z” zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.

Vacuum and T-slot profile table

The High quality ABR CNC Router has a 1 inch thick phenolic vacuum table surface mounted onto the steel base frame, keeping a rigid and consistent platform for your sheets and parts to be supported.

The vacuum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing, (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.

This Machine also includes a heavy-duty aluminum T-Slot profile in multiple locations across the table surface. This T-Slot accepts industry standard M8 T-nuts.

Vectric Aspire Software

Aspire is built on the same platform as Vectric's VCarve Pro software, sharing the intuitive interface and ease of use for production design and routing. In addition to the powerful drawing and production routing tools of VCarve Pro, Aspire also has tools to let you transform 2D sketches, photos, drawing and digital artwork into detailed 3D relief models and then to calculate 3D Roughing and Finishing toolpaths to accurately cut these shapes.
