The Alpha mini CNC Router was designed to be the best small CNC Router on the market today. Always on Target to improve our machines, the Alpha Mini is now offered as a freestanding CNC machine, or a table top system. The machine structure is iron cast, it is with high precision and good damping effect.
This CNC Router works well for the Custom Furniture and Cabinet builder as well as the serious Hobbyist that wants a commercial grade CNC Table. If you have a small shop, but don't want to sacrifice quality for the size, then this CNC router is the perfect choice.
The machine can process: wood, MDF, acrylic, epoxy resin, ABS, PP, PE, PVC, MDF, artificial stone, organic glass, plastic and soft metals such as copper, aluminum plate engraving and milling process.

Mach 3

Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC's to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.

1.5kw High Frequency Collet Spindle

The ABT-6090 machine comes standard with a 1.5kw high frequency collect spindle. These precision spindles require no maintenance, use industry standard ER collets, fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with vacuum hood / hose support system and wrenches.

Drive Motors

The Alpha Series CNC Router utilizes brushless microstepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance - therefore, reducing any maintenance downtime!

Automatic tool calibration

Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.

XYZ axis TBI ballscrew transmission

imported high quality TBI ballscrew, which is high-precision, durable, long service life.

X Y Z Axis Hiwin square rail

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable.

VFD Inverter

The function of frequency converter is to adjust the power of the motor and realize the variable speed operation of the motor so as to save electricity.
At the same time, the function of frequency converter can reduce the voltage fluctuation of power line, because the voltage drop will lead to fault tripping or abnormal operation of voltage sensitive equipment in the same power supply network.
