2.2kw High Frequency SpindleThe ABR CNC Router machine comes standard with 2.2kw high frequency spindle Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 18000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Rotary axis

Comes complete with a 3-jaw chuck and tail stock. Linear guide track for easy tail stock movement and center alignment
The addition of Alpha's 4-axis rotary table assembly adds greater functionality to the machine’s capabilities allowing for 4-axis cutting in both 2D and 3D carving and indexing functions.

Mach 3 controller(Ethernet)

Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC’s to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code.

Drive Motors

The ABR series CNC Router utilizes brushless micro-stepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime.

XYZ Axis Hiwin Square Rail& XY Axis helical rack and pinion

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack and pinion, makes the machine with faster moving speed and high precision.

Z Axis Hiwin Square Rail& High precision TBI ball screw
The ball screw is famous brand TBI, it is high precision and durable.

CNC Tool Calibration

Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate “Z” zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.

The Electronics of the CNC Router

All the electrical components are housed and wired in a electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. All wiring is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.

Vectric Aspire Software

Aspire is built on the same platform as Vectric's VCarve Pro software, sharing the intuitive interface and ease of use for production design and routing. In addition to the powerful drawing and production routing tools of VCarve Pro, Aspire also has tools to let you transform 2D sketches, photos, drawing and digital artwork into detailed 3D relief models and then to calculate 3D Roughing and Finishing toolpaths to accurately cut these shapes.
