Processing a wide range of materials requires more than one cutting head. The ARK series can combine two or three different cutting technologies to provide maximum versatility by offering a choice of routing spindle and one or two knives which can be either tangential, oscillating, or a combination of both.

9KW High Frequency Automatic Tool Changer Spindle

The Alpha ATC CNC Router machine comes standard with a 9kw high frequency automatic tool changer spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO 30 tool holders. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Modular optical recognition system for multi-functional flatbed machines for industrial usage in exact-outline digital finishing processes.

Machine base frame

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Hiwin square rail&High quality helical rack pinion

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision

High precision TBI Ballscrew on Z axis

The high precision grinding screw makes the machine with very high precision.

8-position Tool Rack

If you choose the ATC function, the machine will be come with an 8-position tool rack in the rear of the machine. The position of this rack allows for easy loading and unloading of material from either side of the machine.

High precision fine machined Z&X axis plate

The Z&X axis plate is well machined by the CNC Center, the material is anodized aluminum, with higher precision, looks fancy and nice
