(1) ALPHA VISION
Modular optical recognition system for multi-functional flatbed machines for industrial usage in exact-outline digital finishing processes.
(2) RECIPROCATING KNIFE
The EOT-2 is a processing unit for CNC machines to cut various materials such as cardboard, sealing materials, foils, corrugated cardboard, carbon fiber prepreg material, leather, rigid foam, and many others. It is a precise quality product made in Germany developed and produced by ECOCAM. A powerful oscillation motor moves the blade quickly up and down while an actuator rotates the blade in each direction of cutting. Thus, even strong thick materials con be cut precisely and quickly.
(3) ALPHA C KNIFE SYSTEM
Alpha CNC has developed our knife system using German-made units, giving customers a very high level of performance at an extremely affordable price point. Our knife system allows you to choose from many different blade types: Rotary, creasing, drag, kiss cut, spear, and many more.

Machine base frame

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Mach 3 controller (Ethernet interface)

Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC’s to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.

Vectric Aspire Software

Aspire is built on the same platform as Vectric's VCarve Pro software, sharing the intuitive interface and ease of use for production design and routing. In addition to the powerful drawing and production routing tools of VCarve Pro, Aspire also has tools to let you transform 2D sketches, photos, drawing and digital artwork into detailed 3D relief models and then to calculate 3D Roughing and Finishing toolpaths to accurately cut these shapes.
