Application:
Mainly designed for outside packing of both smll and large bearings and other coiled articles such as steel coil, bronze belt,wire material,rubber tube,electric wire cable&etc.
Features:Horizontal structure, the object enters into packing position by hoisting, conveying or by manual.Two modes of tape wrapping structure for choose: tape stored on the ring; tape wrapping directly.PLC & HMI are adopted.Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Errors can be shown automatically.The turning ring can be located automatically and precisely.Tape rollers are adopted for transmission, outer protective rollers for protection.Press roller could be adopted for light objects. The overlap rate and tension of the material could be adjusted according to needs.The ring can be moved for different object ID&OD.Anti-wear polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel, ring with integral mould structure.Synchronous wrapping (two kinds of wrapping material working together) is available. The carrier roller and protective roller are wrapped with polyurethane.
