A.Production Overview
KLF series after cooler is installed after screw or piston air compressor, it can cool the incoming high temperature & pressure compressed air to the a certain degree( below 45°C ), also can condense the most of water vapour into liquid which will be discharged out. It improves the working conditions of down stream equipments, avoiding the problems caused by water suspension and condensation and prolong their service life.
B,Work principle
When the high temperature & pressure air comes from compressor entering into the after cooler through inlet port, it will exchange the heat with cold air coming from after cooler, then cooled air will enter into other devices.

Air inlet pressure 0.7MPa,air inlet temperature 80°C,air outlet temperature 45°C,ambient temperature 35°C,pressure drop of compressed air 0.015MPa.1N
