Mould Feature
1. Self- lock individually for each cavity to guarantee high precision and less defect of the final preform production.
2.Off-center adjustment system to ensure preform thickness difference < 0.05mm.
3.we  design preform mould according to the final bottle shape; preform thickness and height is reasonably and perfectly designed to ensure the final bottles weigh light but feel hard.
4. Hot runner valve gate is used; no need to cut preform tail and  low defect rate
5. One temperature zone controls one point temperature; it would prevent the white defects on the preform.
Spiral cooling design for each single core and cavity. It helps to lessen the cycle time, improving production efficiency and saving costs.

S136 steel is applied on mould cavity and core; it is an excellent steel of guaranteed mould life 2 million shots before major maintenance.

Auto production totally; preforms drop from injection machine central ejector automatically. It would save labor costs a lot.

Core, cavity and neck screw are made of S136 (48-50HRC) high strength anti-corrosive stainless steel.

Advanced vavle hot runner and temperature controller ensure the reliability of production and high transparency of the product.
Standard inter-changeable mould components with high quality can be provided to prolong mould life.
