Our ham "Prosciutto di Norcia IGP"is one of the excellences of the typical Italian high quality food.
It is made fromthighs of white pigs only comingfrom selected national farms:a fire branding is made on every unit to certify the product origin.
The ham seasoning is at least 18 months, and the only seasoning ingredient used is sea salt.The peculiarity of the air in this region allows a natural seasoning that makes the ham its typical and unique flavor.
The ham size varies from9.5 kg to 11 Kg weight. The product is available with or without bone
