Product Description
HDPE pipe manufacturing machine is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1600mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. It also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

Mainly we use the best brand in China-CHENGBRAND. While if the client has special requirement, we can also use ZAMBELLO, REXNORD, FLENDER and some brands from Tainwan.

Extrusion head with spiral structure, make sure the melt in side distributed evenly so as to achieve best plasticization.
Calibrator design with water ring which is easy to clean, to achieve better cooling and then fast forming.

For high-accuracy control production line, we will use servo motor control system by SIEMENS or INOVANCE, these top foreign or Chinese brands.

Inverter: ABB

Advanced pipe line layout design and adjustable spray angle for better cooling effect, dense pipe line in the first zone for fast cooling.

It is equipped with flowmeter, pressure protection system, water level control, temperature control drainage, water inflow control.
For the different pipe size and different speed requirement, we develop kinds of haul-off unit accordingly.
Optional to choose multi-caterpillar haul-off unit with wide speed range.

Each caterpillar is controlled by independent motor, optional servo motor guarantee speed uniformity.

Cutter is synchronously controlled by servomotor to make sure precise cutting length.
