Product Description
The strength of polyamide-imide is incomparable to that of any industrial unreinforced plastics in the world. Its tensile strength exceeds 172 MPa and its hot deformation temperature is 274 C under 1.8 MPa load.
Torlon polymers may also be solid polymers after manufacture, which provide better properties by increasing molecular weight through post-curing. Post-curing occurs at 260 C. The time and temperature required for curing mainly depend on the thickness and shape of the parts.
It can be used for a long time at 220 C, weightlessness at 300 C and decomposition at 450 C. Its adhesion, flexibility and alkali resistance are better. It can be mixed with epoxy resin and cured with good wear resistance.Product use
Polyamide-imide has excellent mechanical properties and the tensile strength of the colour is 190 MPa. Molded plastics are mainly used for gears, rollers, bearings and separating claws of photocopiers. It has good ablation resistance, high temperature and high frequency electromagnetic properties, and can be used as ablation material, magnetic permeability material and structural material for aircraft. It has good bonding properties to metals and other materials. It can be used as enameled wire paint, impregnating paint, film, laminate, coating and adhesive. For example, enameled wires made from it have been used in H-class deep-water submersible motors; laminates for printed circuit boards and sockets; and thin films for insulation and binding materials.
