Usage:
Mix 1kg of powdered ice cream with 1.5kg water or milk, dissolve fully and hold it for 15 minutes; then whipping about 10 minutes with hand egg-beater (or scoop) or whipping 5 minutes with electric egg-beater. Put into the refrigerator to quick freeze and then can be eaten.
The ice cream powder is easy and convenient to make. It is can be available for DIY ice cream and ice cream ship. It can also be used in to make other ice drinks and ice creamer cake. Just need an egg beater, whipping about 5 minutes.
