1.Our battery supplier has passed ISO9001 with more than 10-year experience,who is the leading manufacturer in Dongguan, China.When the battery arrival our factory, QC will have inspection on them based on AQL 2.5 standard.Also, we will test the REAL capacity by the Battery Capacity Tester as below .Of course, we have MSDS, UN38.3 and transporation document for AIR& Ocean shippment.
2. Rare suppplier will offer Hi-pot test for charger under 3000V high voltage ,but we do!
Firstly, we will test the REAL voltage of the charger by the Charger tester.
Secondly, we use the High voltage tester to do HI-POT test.
3. Rare supplier wifi test WIFI function 8%, it takes at least 1 mintues to do this.But we do !
4.We make waterproof test in an envioronment as like underwater 40Meters.
5.Scratches on the Crystal box : We add protestiveness film outside the Crystal box.Also, you can check my email on 18th,July, 2017, you will find our CB is much stable and safe.
