Direction For Use:
1. Bring the device, sample buffer and specimens to room temperature.
2. I.Remove test card from the sealed pouch.
II. Select the finger for puncture, usually the ring finger or the middle finger. Clean with antiseptic and allow to air dry.
III. Puncture the finger with a sterile lancet.
IV. Blood will well to the surface. Redo procedure on another finger if necessary. Collect the blood using the plastic dropper provided.
ASSAY PROCEDURE
1. Dispense 1 drop of the whole blood to the “s” well of the test card with the provided plastic dropper according to the figure.
2. Add 3 drops of Sample buffer to the “s” well after the specimen is added.
3. Interpret test results at 15 minutes.
