PE Foam Insulation Material
TB PE Foam adopted the latest rubber-plastic modify tech in the world and introduced into the world-leading perpetual aluminum foil composite technology and the relevant equipment. The raw materials are polyethene (PE). It has no PVC, gives out low smoke and non-toxic matter, you can use it safely, the products' insulation performance for heating and vapor was improved from the common rubber plastic foam material.
TB PE Foam is a supplied with factory applied embossed aluminum foil facing and repositionable acrylic tissue adhesive system. It is used for heat insulation and sound absorbing materials in a host of container's designs and suitable in the building and construction field, like duct, roof, and wall where thermal insulation, moisture resistance, sound and vibration is critical.

2. The Inner structure: 100% independent close cell
The completely closed micro-cell structure of TB PE Foam that shows the lowest water absorption and water vapor permeability.And the mentioned function due to average diameter of cell is only about 50 μm, which means the materials of 1 mm thickness arrange with 20 floors cells.
3. Moisture Resistance
For PEF adopted perpetual aluminum foil composite technology, its moisture resistance coefficient is no less than 810 (GB/T17794-1999).

If by ship then as usual the MOQ : 20ft container or 40ft container Sure if you have small require for MOQ then I can advise by Air to ship to you then the MOQ no limit T/T:50% deposit and the balance by the Copy of B/L L/C also accept

We can send samples to you at free, you pay the express fee, then we will return to you when the first order
4/Can you produce according to customer’s design?
Sure we are profession manufacturer. OEM are welcome, but if up the machine’s Max then we couldn’t do it
