The beer mostly be sold on shelf in bottle or canning.The system contains five brewhouse vessels, Mash tun,Mash cooker,Lauter tun, Boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank.
The mashing, cooking, filtering, boiling and whirlpooling process are completed in the five different tanks separately.
This system usually brews 4-7 batch a day. It can cope with multi-batch brewing in one day.
According to different fermentation cycles of brewed beer, 10pcs 12000L fermenters or 20pcs 6000L fermentors can usually be configured,
and 8pcs 12000L fermenters and 10pcs 6000L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types.
The system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic control system, malt milling system, CIP system, cooling system, air system, etc.With ISO TUV SGS, the product meets the GB/CE/PED/ASME standard
