Soft-pack batteries generally refer to lithium batteries. In the manufacturing process, pole piece manufacturing, battery cell production, battery assembly and battery surface printing, these processes, using plasma cleaning machines, can improve the manufacturing process level of lithium batteries .Many soft-pack batteries are coated with nylon film on the surface to protect the battery itself. The nylon material film generally has a relatively low surface tension, and in many cases it is less than 30 dyne. Therefore, screen printing is basically used before printing. Water scrubbing can remove organic pollutants on the surface, and at the same time improve surface hydrophilicity and adhesion, which is conducive to subsequent printing and ensures that the printed writing is clear and firm.The plasma cleaning of the pole piece before coating.
