The basic idea of the series resonant inverter design PDM with a unique pulse density modulation (PulseDensityModulation) control strategy is to generate a square wave voltage or meter at the AC output during a certain power adjustment period.It is a zero-level voltage, so that even if the corona discharge load has strong nonlinearity, the power output can be controlled in a wide range, which plays the role of phase lock, switch softening and power adjustment. Principle of Corona Treatment1. Electric shock or breakdownUnder the action of a high-voltage electric field, the strong impact of electron flow on the plastic film can make the surface of the film fluff, become rough, and increase the surface area. When the adhesive is in contact with its surface, it can produce good infiltration, the adhesive will penetrate into the grooves that have been roughened, and rely on the "anchor" effect to make the film fastness bonding, which is a physical effect. Observed under a high-power magnifying glass, the surface of the treated film is obviously uneven and rough compared to the untreated film. The intensity of electrical shock can increase with the increase of voltage and current.2. Increase the polarity of the filmUnder the action of a high-voltage electric field, oxygen in the air becomes ozone, which is decomposed into oxygen and new ecological oxygen atoms. The new ecological oxygen atom is a strong oxidant, which can oxidize the α-carbon atom in the polyethylene or polypropylene molecule to form a carbonyl group or a hydroxyl group. With this structure, the polarity of the film molecules increases, the surface tension increases, the affinity to the adhesive increases, and the bonding fastness between the composite films increases. In addition, due to the generation of carbonyl groups, new α-carbon atoms will be generated in the molecular chain, and active hydrogen will appear. This kind of active hydrogen can chemically react with the active group isocyanate (-NCO) in the polyurethane adhesive to form a strong chemical bond between the material to be adhered and the adhesive, and increase the bonding fastness. It was found from infrared spectroscopy that the surface of the treated polyolefin film had carbonyl or hydroxyl absorption peaks on the spectral line, which proved the existence of the above-mentioned chemical effects.Three, power wiring requirements1: Please select a wire larger than 2.5mm2 for the AC power supply connected to the power cord platform of the host.2: The "ground" of the power wiring platform must be reliably connected to the ground wire! Otherwise, the connecting wire between the host and the corona frame will be broken or the host will be easily damaged when the high-voltage line and related high-voltage parts and the equipment body appear discharge, corona or short circuit! Resulting in intermittent operation or protective shutdown of the equipment. Or connect the ground terminal of the host (the black terminal in the back panel) to the ground reliably.3: For safety, please do not connect the neutral line of "AC220" to "ground".Fourth, the wiring requirements of the host and the corona frame1: The ground wire needs to be soldered to the solder lug and then connected to the ground wire terminal. If the ground wire is open, high voltage will be led to the corona equipment when the equipment is working, causing the equipment to be charged with high voltage and damaging the host! Resulting in intermittent operation or protective shutdown of the equipment.2: The distance between the high-voltage line and its connected components and any other objects must be greater than 80mm. Otherwise, electrical discharge may occur, causing intermittent operation or protective shutdown of the equipment.3: Be sure to clearly identify the insulated and non-insulated electrodes of the corona frame. (The red terminal is an insulating pole). Reverse connection will damage the corona equipment.4: Check all wiring before installation and start-up, and the wiring is correct and reliable before powering on.5: The high-voltage connection between the host and the corona frame should be as short as possible, otherwise it is easy to connect with other objects and cause electric leakage such as discharge and corona.6: Because the side plate of the general corona rack is made of plexiglass, both the knife row and the silicone stick can be used as insulating electric plates. The double-sided treatment corona frame silicone roller is used as an insulated electrode to connect the high voltage of the host (red terminal), and two blade rows are used as a non-insulated electrode to connect to the ground of the host (black terminal).
