Top Medical Hydrocolloid adhesive foam dressins are self-adhsive, and waterproof, consist of highly absorbent polyurethane foam.
Product Features
1. Absorb moderate to high exudates, reduce skin maceration.
2. Has water-lock function.
3. Keep a moist environment to promote wound healings.
4. Not adhere to the wound, which will not cause pain when remove dressing.
5. Soft and a comfortable, work as a cushion.
6. The semi-permeable polyurethane film can protect the wound against water, bacterial and foreign matters (for PU backing and self-adhesive dressings).
7. Provide a occlusive moist environment for hydrocolloid adhesive dressing.

Top Medical foam dressing is indicated for moderate to heavily exuding chronic wounds, such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers and acute wounds, such as abrasion, laceration, graft wounds, donor sites, post-surgical wounds, superfical and partical thickness wounds.
