The whole working process:
1Use autofeeder and our shovel to feed
2,After 1-1.5 hours feeding
3.After close the cover of the reactor,then set the fire in the furnace.
4.After two to four hours heating,it is according to your heating material.then the oil come out
5.The oil come out and lasts for 8-10hours.
6.After all the oil come out,there is no need to wait ,you can discharge the carbon black directly.fist open the door in the cover
7.Then open the door in the reactor,remove the screw,then close the door of the cover to discharge the carbon black.
8.After discharge the carbon black.then get the steel to come out of the reactor.
9.Then you can feed the next batch,No matter how hot it is,becasue we can use the autofeeder.
10.we use the vacuum carbon black discharger to remove the carbon black from the pool.if you use manpower,it is very hot and may burt people,you need to wait for a long time.
11.For the carbon black ,you can sell it to others or you can use the machine to granulate it to stick shape.
12.then you can burn it as heating material.
Application of the Output product
The pyrolysis fuel oil can be used as fuel materials, Sold to power plant factory for electricity generating, glass factory, cement factory, ceramic factory, aluminum factory, boiler factory, central heating factory etc.

Solution A:Carbon black processed into briquette for burning, like Air eater, coal heater, spray dry line...
Solution B:Carbon black deep processed into color master granule for plastics factory, used as base material, make it into pipes, cable jackets...

10 ton pyrolysis machine of tyre installed in Indonesia
1. Reactor made of Q245R boiler steel plate, 16mm/18mm thickness.
