Tire pyrolysis is: the process of converting waste tires into industrial fuels like Tire Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black, Steel Wire and Hydrocarbon Gas.
Tire pyrolysis involves subjecting tire to high temperature of 400 to 450 degree Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present plastic will start burning. During pyrolysis tire breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas, steel wire and carbon black. Pyrolysis is a great way of recycling large amounts of tires. This plant can also used for waste plastic recycling.

1. Tire fuel oil: 45%
Oil from our recycling pyrolysis machine can be used as industrial fuel materials for burning.
2. Carbon black: 30%
Carbon black from this machine is crude, so you can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies. You can take carbon black for deep processing.
3. Steel wire: 15%
It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.
4. Flammable oil gas: 10%
