PackingOzone (O3) is an allotrope of oxygen, it is a kind light blue gas of special smell .Ozone is a strong oxidizing agent, it has oxidation reduction potential to 2.07V in the water , after fluoride (2.5V), the oxidation ability than chlorine (1.36V) and chlorine dioxide (1.5V), it can destroy the cell wall degrading bacteria, quickly spread through the cell, oxidative decomposition of bacteria oxidation of glucose to glucose oxidase, also can directly interact with bacteria, virus, destroy cell, ribonucleic acid (RNA), decomposition of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), RNA, protein, lipid and polysaccharide macromolecule polymer, make the metabolism and multiplication of bacteria destruction.Visible, the ozone concentration is too high to the environment and human health have a great impact, but high concentration ozone fish smell also let people unbearable.
The normally dry air or dry oxygen will produce ozone through the discharge .If a large number of copier, printer, fax machine, and the using of cleaner, air cleaner, and to generate ozone by corona discharge; in addition, ozone disinfection will remain high concentration after ozone sterilization field sterilize .
The ozone decomposition catalyst can accelerate the rapid decomposition of ozone to oxygen, thereby reducing the harm of ozone.Technical features: 1.strong ability of decomposition;
2.the humidity resistance performance is strong, can react in conditions of high humidity relative humidity of 90%;
3.the decomposition of ozone concentration is low.

5.The catalyst using precautions and maintenance measures
1)The ozone decomposition catalyst loading in the reactor (or purifier) in use, the proportion of catalyst bed layer and the inner diameter of the container, the ratio of height to diameter greater than or equal to 4:1.
2)The best place in front of the catalyst bed need put a certain amount (equivalent or to 2 times), such as activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieve, to protect the ozone decomposition catalyst
3)The catalyst is used to a certain time (such as 1 years), it is found that the catalyst activity decreased obviously after the catalyst with desiccant, can be removed, baking drying at 110 deg.c for 10 hours, you can use the reload purifier
4)For some industrial applications (such as water, tap water purifying exhaust), the ozone decomposition catalyst bed layer temperature increase 50 ~ 120 °C,the Service life will be more long time.
5)When the air humidity is too high, in the catalyst filling can set constant temperature heating device for eliminating dampness
