Applications
1. Sesame seeds: Stir-fry the seeds until they are light gray before pressing, with bursting phenomenon, pinch the seeds with your hands, and the oil will flow out. When frying the seeds, use high fire to fry the seeds, the temperature is 120-150 degrees, and the cake thickness is 0.7-1.5 mm. The fried seeds are suitable, the cake flows smoothly, there is basically no residue in the oil, the cake is in the shape of a long strip, and the cake is squeezed dry.
2. Rapeseed: Because the water content of the north and south raw materials is different (depending on the water content of the raw materials), first stir-fry the rapeseed on a high fire until the rapeseed is hot and start to crack, then switch to low heat until the rapeseed is sliced. It is brownish-red, no water should be added during the process of frying the seeds. When the rapeseed is pressed, the temperature is 120-130°C, and the moisture content is about 1-1.5%.
