E-110/HC-191 and E-110C/HC-191 are a two component, rigid type, versatile purpose, high gloss, crystal clear epoxy resin. It can be used in any applications which require clear, strong, rigid and high glossy finishes.
Applications:

Features:
1. Middle or low viscosity, simple to use.
2. Excellent gloss and clarity and excellent chemical resistance
3. Solvent free. 100% Solids... Does not contain Cheap Diluents or Solvents
4. Excellent adhesion to most plastics (exclude PP, PE, PC, PVC, Teflon, silicone), metal and non-metal objects.
5. Can be cured at ambient temperature or elevated temperature.
6. Long pot life.
7. The cured finishes are smooth and glossy.

FAQ
1. If I can use this epoxy as a wood glue.. will it work?
Answer: Yes, it is a good adhesive.
2. If I am doing my projects in multiple pours, when can I pour the next layer?
Answer: You can apply the next layer after the previous pour has gone through its heat cycle. That means if you can make a nail mark with your finger nail in the epoxy, you can apply again and the epoxy will chemically bond to the previous layer. If you’ve passed that point, sand the surface of the previous layer with a high grit sand paper
(180- 220 grit). This creates a rough surface for the next layer of epoxy to stick to. once sanded, clean the surface with an alcohol based cleaner like de-natured alcohol to remove all the dust from sanding. After that, you’re good to pour.
3. If epoxy is taking too long to cure. What can I do to speed it up?
Answer: The best way to speed up the cure is by adding het to the area that your project is in.
4. The hardener is darker or has turned yellow?
Answer: Hardeners tend to amber over time when exposed to sunlight, air or humidity. This doesn’t affect the cure or performance of the product. only the appearance is affected.
5. I am having issues with air bubbles. What can I do to remove bubbles?
Answer: A torch or heat gun is advised for popping any surface bubbles, and slow mixing the epoxy and hardener also helps to avoid excess air entrapment in the mixture. Using an vacuum machine to degassing trapped air works well for all our products.
6. My epoxy hasn’t cure after the recommended cure time has pass. What can I do?
Answer: Possible causes are:
– Low temperature. The epoxy will need more time to cure if your room temperature is lower than the recommended range. Applying heat to the project will help it finish curing.
– Off-ratio mixing. There may have been too much or too little hardener, which directly affects the cure time of the batch.
- Insufficient mixing. You may not have mixed long enough for the resin and hardener to be adequately mixed for a proper c ure.
