SFY-131 AB glue silicon resin potting sealant for electronic components

SFY-131 is a two-part with good flow ability addition curing RTV silicone rubber. It is mainly designed for electrical and electronic potting, such as power supplies, connector, sensor, relay, high voltage resistor pack, and LED pottings. It is suitable for batch processing or automated dispensing. With different colors for better distinction, SFY-131A and SFY-131B are black and white, respectively. It can be cured in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume either at room temperature or elevated temperature for faster processing. The cured mixture is a black flexible elastomer. The elastomer has excellence in electrical properties and waterproof, fire resistance and weather resistance. Those properties are not significantly affected by the changes of temperature. It does not contain hazardous substancesin the candidate lists of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHs) and Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for green environmental protection.

How to use1. Prior to use, thoroughly stir SFY-131 A and SFY-131B individually. Be sure no precipitation on the bottom of container. 2. Put SFY-131A and SFY-131B in a ratio of 1:1(by weight or by volume) into a clean container with triple volume of the mixture volume. Inspect if the mixture is completely mixed by the homogeneity of color.3. During or after mixing two parts, the air entrapment should be removed under vacuum.4. Potting or encapsulating.
Cured at room temperature (R.T.) or at elevated temperature as shown on the characteristics table for reference. Cure time can be varied slightly due to dimension and thermal mass of your parts. Longer heating time should be provided for larger amount or thicker mixture, according to the amount and thickness of mixture.
5.If repairing is needed, just simply cut with a knife or sharp blade and remove from the area to be repaired. Re-pot in place of new mixture of SFY-131A / SFY-131B on the repaired area after repair.
