Descriptions
KXC series Heat of compression(HOC) air dryer provides the most cost effective way to remove moisture from compressed air
It recovers the heat that’s generated during the air compression process , HOC dryers provide users with clean, dry air for a cost that is far less than that other desiccant or refrigerated dryers. The purge loss of heat of compression dryer is 1% or zero purge. Heat of compression dryer is usually suitable for large flow centrifugal air compressor from 65 -510m3/min ,outlet pressure dew point is -40°C.
Standard features
High performanced desiccants -Double fixed bed layers, respectively filled with high performanced activated alumina and molecular sieve.
Advanced PLC controller -SIEMENS PLC Controlling system and 7’’ Touch screen panel displays: executes all dryer functions and monitors and displays dryer status.
Dew Point Display -Highly accurate ceramic dew point sensor and high dew point alarm.
Pressure Gauges -Stainless steel gauges, located on each tower, provide visual indication of pressure during drying and regeneration processes.
